Natalie Saikowski Goertz is an award-winning banker with extensive experience in both corporate and public fund banking. As Senior Vice President and Director of Treasury Management, she leads a team dedicated to the strategic management of clients’ financial resources, focusing on optimizing liquidity, managing cash flows, and mitigating financial risks. Among her many accolades, she is especially proud to have received the Athena International Leadership Award.
A proud native of The Woodlands, TX, Natalie is actively engaged in several organizations committed to giving back to the community. She is a Paul Harris Fellow and currently serves as a Board Member for the Rotary Club of The Woodlands, is a Past President and mentor member of the Executive Women’s Alliance and serves as Chapter Chair of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce in Montgomery County. A testament to her drive and determination, Natalie is also a half Ironman finisher.
