Her career began in banking in 2006, where she quickly climbed the ranks from Private Banking Loan Assistant to Assistant Vice President by 2013. In 2014, she transitioned to Mr. Rooter®, where she took on leadership in marketing, community development, vendor relations, and operations saving the company over $100,000 annually. As Executive Vice President, she became the “Mrs. to the Mr. at Mr. Rooter®,” helping the company win prestigious awards.

In 2019, Natalie returned to banking as a Senior Vice President, balancing dual roles in Treasury Management and Community Development while still working at Mr. Rooter® until its sale. Known for her exceptional time management and resilience, she successfully juggled two full-time jobs and rigorous triathlon training.
